Eyesore or Historic Building on the Square? Princeton, IN KICKBOXING AEROBICS VIDEOS - KICK BOXING WORKOUT VIDEO CLIPS INSTRUCTION

3-15-08 update: The city of Princeton bought the building this week, but has not said what they intend to do with it.109 W Broadway on the square in Princeton, Indiana (Gibson County) has been marked. The empty building may soon be razed, demolished because the mayor says it is an eyesore. The mayor is suggesting that the city buy the building for just under $7,000 and raze it. It may become part of the \"park\" next door to it, an empty lot where a building once stood.\n\nI don\'t know if it should be destroyed or if it should be saved. I just want the people to take a minute and think it through before it\'s gone forever. I own 2 buildings on the square that combines are a huge fitness center&what happens on the square concerns me. I wonder- when old buildigs on a town square are leveled doesA) The remaining properties become more valuable because there are fewer left?\n\nor\n\nB) Less valuable, like 3 plates from a set of china are far less valuable that the complete set?\n\n ...because the square will look like a hillbilly grinning with missing teeth...\n\nAgain, I don\'t have the answer. But I adore my buildings&my town square&I want the best for it.Princeton Fitness is an exciting 24 hr fitness center that is huge- it spans 2 buildings on the historic town square in Princeton, Indiana (Gibson County). I also enjoy seeing the members come out of the kickboxing class covered in sweat&saying \"Great class!\"&when they say their pants are falling off them! It is empowering to take control of your waistline&I love being a part of it.The key in making a business like this work is to A) create a place where people are comfortable&free to try new things B) give them the right equipment, training&encouragement C) know when to push&when to coddle&D) be there when they need you. After all, it\'s the people that make this place great!
